CANDACE MAE WILLIAMSON

Is a filmmaker, activist, and self-proclaimed 'cool gal' from Central Florida. 
She believes that filmmaking is an art that can help individuals find 
belonging and deep joy. 

Her films have been screened internationally in
festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, Geelong International Film 
Festival and Sarasota Film Festival.

Online her work has been featured in Hu, the Zine, Birth Ease and 
Campus Movie Festival.

She's proudly the founder of USF's longest-running film club "Student
Filmmakers Society" and is continuing her education at USC School
of Cinematic Arts for her M.F.A in Cinematic Film and Television Production. 

When she is not working on her current horror comedy project about peanuts,  you can find her looking for her keys, as she lost them about an
hour ago and can't get into her car.
